NT-CAST turns a NeoTouch interactive panel into the screen everyone in the room can reach. Over the room's own Wi-Fi. No account, no cables, nothing leaves the building.

The panel shows a QR. It brings you here, and here gives you the right file for whatever you are holding.
Open the app and the panels nearby are listed. Tap the one whose name is on the wall in front of you.
Pairing, video and sound all happen on the local network. A school with a filtered uplink, or none at all, is the normal case and not a degraded one.
Every request waits for a person standing at the panel to accept it. That is on by default and can be turned off only for a trusted room.
While nobody is sharing, the panel shows your own pictures. You upload them once and every panel picks them up.
